Foi anunciado nesta última terça-feira, 16, por Ken Jeong (Crazy Rich Asians) e D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place), os indicados ao maior prêmio da televisão americana para séries, minisséries e filmes feitos para TV. A 71ª edição da cerimônia acontecerá no dia 22 de setembro, em Los Angeles. Assim como o Oscar, por enquanto a premiação ainda não possui um apresentador.
Com um total de 32, Game of Thrones é a campeã entre o número de indicações, seguido por The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, com 20, e por Chernobyl, com 19. Já quanto aos canais e transmissores, HBO e Netflix lideram, com 137 e 112 indicações, respectivamente.
